About Dennis Rogers
I currently work in kiln-formed glass and have been doing so since 2004. Prior to that, I found my artistic outlet through ceramics and woodworking. I derive a great deal of fulfillment from the creative process, and it is extremely rewarding when someone else enjoys the work enough to bring it into their home or to offer it as a gift.
The inherent beauty of glass seems to be compounded when colors and shapes are combined to form a finished product, and the play of light can really bring the work to life by adding dimension, shading, and shadow. I'm especially drawn to geometric patterns and images of an abstract nature.
